I appreciate our President, who supports, promotes and defends American values, which are based on Biblical principles.

I don't want my President to bow or yield to foreign authorities.

But we should always be concerned when our President or Vice President does not yield and bow to the authority of the God of the Bible, especially when the defiance is public and repeated.

It is no small thing when Trump or Vance uses crude or profane language. Remember, Trump was confronted and he acknowledge the counsel given to him by Franklin Graham, concerning his use of profanity. Trump and Vance know the truth, but since they are not Christians they are not submissive to God's rule. Yes, I know there are other examples of spiritual emptiness on their part, but this is constant and deliberate public and official behavior.

Sadly, most people view the use of foul language to be trivial, to the point they argue for it being used, even by supposed "cussing preachers," in spite of what God's word says. Remember, it is not how abhorrent the sin is to society, if it is sin, it is rebellion against God. We will be be judged for our thoughts, words and deeds. This is why we must walk in the light God gives us if we want to be cleansed from all sin.

I hope both the President and Vice President come to salvation. But while God is using Trump for government (and freedom) purposes, we need to take advantage of the opportunities, for our own spiritual well-being and the purpose of reaching the lost for Christ. Don't be a stumbling block, be a stepping stone.

The best way to find the right person, the best person for you, is for you to be the best person, the right person you should be.

This is when you are thinking the most clearly.
This is when you have the strongest resolve.
This is when your decisions are more reasonable than emotional.

Being at your best will make you more attractive to the right person.
Being at your best is not an overnight makeover.
It is the result of a consistent and persistent life of trusting and obeying God.
It is the development of character as well as behavior.

Your choice for a life partner not only determines your future state of mind and well being, it determines the future well being of your mate, your children and other family members.

Live as close to Christ as you can.
Be as Biblical and as faithful as you can be.
Require at least the same spiritual and Biblical standards and qualities of the other person, which you have in your own life.
Require the same doctrinal and church commitments, which you have in your life.
Seek God's leading before and during your relationship.
Take your time. Don't rush and don't be rushed.
Seek and prayerfully consider counsel.

A lot goes into the making of a good marriage, because it is the most important choice you will ever make, next to you salvation. And your choice for marriage will impact your walk with God more than you can imagine.

2 Corinthians 6:14-16

There are several reasons that "SHE" does not meet God's qualifications to be a Bishop. (Biblically, a Bishop is a pastor or Elder in a local church, not the head of a group of churches). Qualifications include moral, spiritual and personal attributes. Besides, no Christian pastor, bishop, leader in the New Testament would espouse the false doctrines and heresies that are promoted by present day charlatans like the pretender to the faith, pictured here. Nor would a Christian leader receive personal exaltation from fellow believers or wear supposed, "holy vestments".

All saved people are priests of God, but there is only One High Priest, Jesus. Though God appoints men (males), to the office of pastor, (elder, bishop, shepherd) to lead local churches, they see themselves as servants, not masters, to other believers. Certainly no Christian female would exercise authority over a man.

New Testament Pastors (Elders, Bishops, Shepherds), are not to be confused with those who lord it over other believers. The position of "ruler" in Biblical, Christian ministry is that of leading and serving the local church. They have the responsibility to teach the word of God, perfect the believers, manage the local congregation by keeping order and unity, and exercising church discipline on those who have sin in their lives.

When brother Wade and I go kayaking, we often split up for part of our trip. We did that yesterday.

I kayaked into a canal that kept getting narrower and shallower. I knew low tide was coming, therefore I started getting concerned that I might run out of water. If it was along a shoreline I could have gone ashore and walked to safety but in miles of a marshy, labyrinth of pluff-mud canals, I could have ended up in trouble.

I eventually decided to find enough water to get out. It was like a race against time, not knowing if I would choose the right canals. I kept looking for brother Wade, but he too was dealing with shallow water, somewhere in the marsh.

Sometimes I would paddle for a while, then turn back because it looked like I may have gone the wrong way. Finally I could see the Bay. That was a relief. I left my marshy maze and headed back to our launch area. I was still looking for brother Wade, and finally saw him after he had paddled back into the Bay.

We went back into the marsh one more time before we returned to our launch area.

It is a bad feeling to get lost, or detained, whether in a wooded area or marsh. It is a great feeling when you find the right path, or find familiar surroundings.

This is true in the spiritual realm as well. Sadly, most people don't realize the danger they are in when they have wandered away from a safe course. Then there are others who are in jeopardy, but don't seriously seek to escape. They get stuck, or spiritual darkness envelopes them and they never find their way out.

We don't have to get into spiritual danger. We have God's word, His Holy Spirit, and His anointed people to lead, counsel and support us.

If you find yourself in a wrong situation, make it your priority to get back into a right relationship with God. (The reason you know you are in trouble is because God is calling you to Himself). Call on Him. He knows where you are and He is able to bring you back to where you belong.

Remember, He seeks the lost, He restores sight, He delivers. He will not save you if you do not believe, confess, repent, and follow.

Don't wait until it is too late. Don't presume on Him to do for you, that which He requires you to do. We are saved by grace through faith, not through presumption.

Don't let the devil blind you to God’s provision for everyone's salvation; or God's deliverance from all sin in this present evil world; or God's requirement for us to believe, repent, confess and follow Jesus.

And NO, it is not Biblical, therefore it is not reasonable to believe that God unilaterally and unconditionally elects some people to salvation, while deliberately electing other people to reprobation and damnation. Not only are they condemned for sins the could not resist (because of that god's supposed wisdom) but that same god offers no deliverance for them.

Evangelism does not make sense if we are unable to decide. It is absurd to tell the supposed, Divinely unilaterally, unconditionally reprobated person, to prepare for death. It is also absurd to tell them that Christ did not die for all sinners including them, since the Bible clearly says that He did die for the sins of the whole world.

Stop believing in the god of sinning religion.

For most of my adult life I have thought that the political landscape of the USA was a total wreck and now I am finally seeing many of the issues, which bothered me, being addressed and even corrected by common sense government, headed by President Donald J. Trump. The idiocracy and corruption that was irreversible is now being brought to light and is even being corrected (for the moment).

I don't worship Trump or believe he is the answer to our problems, but he is definitely bringing sanity, commons sense and justice to the Office and the Nation.

I don't know what he will do in the future, but he has been doing what I thought American government should have been doing all of my life.

Trump's leading is radically American today. I hope it continues for a while. But whatever happens, it is time for people to take advantage of our benefits and freedoms. Turn to Christ, follow Him fully and reach out to as many people as you can, while you can.

The former party and society of craziness is not going to turn from its agenda of sinsanity. Our families, faith, freedoms and finances have been attacked mercilessly by Marxism (Socialism, which becomes Communism), Humanism (which is anti human and anti humane), Wokeism (which is total nightmare). What we have seen in the past few years is only the beginning of sorrows, and the Bible tells us that it will get much worse before Jesus catches away His Bride, and returns to rule, as King of kings and Lord of lords.

It will not be ballots or bullets, but Bibles, which will provide ultimate deliverance from the horrors of a totally Christ-less world of violence, perversion, disease, famine, war, pestilence and total upheaval. Even then, it will only be deliverance for those who turn from sin and turn to Jesus. Now is the accepted time, today is the day of salvation. The cup of iniquity continues to fill, until one day it will overflow into Tribulation, Great Tribulation.

Those who are trusting Christ will be delivered from the coming world chaos under the Anti-Christ, but before Christ returns, the world will be falling into deeper and deeper darkness, faster and faster than we have ever seen.

I have heard and seen people say for years that the Christian pulpit should not get into politics. Those who believe such foolishness must not have ever really read the Bible. The only way to deal with social, governmental, financial, moral problems is with God's word and God's Son and God's Spirit. It is not the Bible that got us into this world mess, it is the absence of God's presence that got us here. 

Not everyone will hear and heed the call of God. Those who refuse it will be cut off, and that without remedy. But, if you sense a need in your life to get into a right relationship with God, then open your heart and mind to Jesus.

Isaiah 1:18

01/31/25 WHY FEMALE PASTORS?

THREE REASONS FEMALES LEAD FAMILIES AND "CHURCHES."
God is not confused. He not only knows the difference between male and female, He designed the difference, and He established separation of powers and authority. Each has his or her own realm of responsibility and authority in the family and in the church. God placed the male in the role of leadership of family and local church ministry.

This does not mean the male should lead with unlimited authority or that a female should ever disobey God's word, in submission to her husband or pastor.

THREE REASONS
1. There is no male willing or able, whether physically or spiritually, to lead the local church. Shame on so-called men.

2 The Biblical authority of a husband or pastor is usurped by a female, or a female is given the authority over a husband or church, contrary to God's written word.

3. There are legitimate situations that could change the order in the home, such as a husband who has been incapacitated physically or mentally, or has abandoned his family, or has died. In those cases, the female (wife) becomes the breadwinner and acting head of the family. In this case, the female has not usurped the Divine order.

In a similar way, when males do not follow God, when a local church does not have a faithful male believer, then a female Christian must minister the word through witnessing to a lost community and leading children and other Christian women in that local fellowship until a qualified male believer (meeting Biblical qualifications as an elder) is able to assume pastoral leadership. Until that time, the fellowship does not meet the criteria as a New Testament church, with Elder (aka Bishop, Pastor/Teacher) leadership.

This does not justify females taking authority over males. But God used Deborah (as a judge) to lead His people against the Canaanites since there was no man willing to trust and obey God. Read the account. Deborah wanted a man to lead the troops, but Barak said he would only go if Deborah also went. We have few men who qualify as soldiers of the cross. In fact, God resorts to using their wives and daughters.

The plethora of so-called female preachers, teachers, pastors, and prophets is the rise of self-willed, self-called females.

There is no doubt that there are godly women who are deeply committed, but they are Biblically in error concerning God's requirements for leadership in a local church.

It has been said,
"Sometimes the best man for the job is a woman."

I would say,
"Sometimes the only man for the job is a woman."

I have watched for decades as men weaseled their way out of spiritual responsibilities (Bible study [at home and at church], prayerfullness, goodness, gentleness, kindness, personal denial for the needy [in other words, the Fruit of the Spirit], churchmanship.

It is time for men to quit thinking that church work is women's work. It is time for young men to hear and heed the call of God into the ministry. It is time for men to quit leaving the work of God to the women. Shame on men when their wives and daughters know God's word better and serve the church more passionately than they do.

Rise up o men of God. Throw off the facade of machismo and become a real man.
