10/04/25 HEART PURITY, REQUIRED AND ACQUIRED

You do know that God, by His full salvation in this life,

A. Cleanses the HANDS of SINNERS (in other words, He cleanses and forgives the repentant of their evil works, [aka their sins, the deeds they have done, the words they have spoken and the thoughts that they have had]).

B. Purifies the HEART OF THE DOUBLE MINDED (in other words, He purifies [entirely sanctifies] the believer from their inherited, evil [carnal, fleshly, sinful] inclination [nature, disposition]).

C. You should also know that without a pure heart, no one will see God; that Jesus is coming back for a Bride that is pure, spotless, without wrinkle; only the pure in heart can love God with the whole heart, mind, soul and strength; and that only the pure in heart can love with perfect love.

Heart purity comes to the believer when he surrenders totally to the cleansing, infilling power of the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, and purity only continues in us, if we walk in the light as He is in the light.

Don't be discouraged by the sound of this. Just as our forgiveness and our regeneration was miraculously enacted and accomplished by God, through our faith in Jesus Christ, so too is our purification and fullness of the Holy Spirit miraculously enacted and sustained by God, through our ongoing faith in Jesus Christ. Without Christ, it is impossible, through Christ it is normal and natural. It is opposed by the Prince of Darkness, but through Christ we can do whatever God calls us to do.

I often encourage people to, "Be the real you." By this I mean, be the "you" which God intended for you to be, through His redemptive power. Be the "you" that God will enable you to be. Sin keeps us from becoming and from being the person God wants us to be. God created you for Himself. He would rather bless you than curse you. He would rather indwell you than disown you.

God's plan for you (for us) is deliverance from the curse of sin, the condemnation of sin and the corruption of sin. We choose whether we will have our hands cleansed and our heart purified. He desires and is willing to deliver you from all sin. He is able to deliver you from all sin. Choose ye this day. You have two ways before you; blessing or cursing.
