04/30/25 REJECTION ENDS RELATIONSHIPS

04/30/25 REJECTION ENDS RELATIONSHIPS

God has not only loved us when we loved Him, when we trusted Him, when we obeyed Him. He loved us when we hated Him, when we doubted Him, when we resisted Him and rejected Him and rebelled against Him.

He sought us though we had forsaken Him; He called us though we had shut Him out, He reconciled us though we had betrayed Him.

God not only loved us in our sin and backsliding, but He loved us when we thought we could never be loved again.

BECAUSE GOD IS LOVE.

Yes, our sin will separate us from God if we refuse to believe, repent, confess and follow, but He will give us every opportunity to be saved.

No one goes to hell because God wants them to be lost forever; they go to hell because they refuse to surrender to His rightful and loving claim over them.

God gives us the final word concerning our salvation, but He will have the final word concerning our eternal destination.

God inhabits eternity, but He interacts with us in TIME. Jesus died for our redemption, but He cries over our rejection.

God had plans for our deliverance, for our journey, for our victory. But salvation is a two-way relationship. God provides salvation and we choose to accept or refuse His offer. We choose to either love Him or love sin.

Our choice is a moment-by-moment love relationship, which will become eternal, or it is eternal opposition to God, starting now and continuing forever.

This is why God seeks us, and draws us, and sometimes drives us. But if we harden our hearts, He will cut us off.

The darkened and deceived minds will blame God. They will blame His authority, His standards, His discipline, His requirements, His chastening, His threats, His warnings, His justice.

God has given us everything necessary for life and godliness, but the enemies of God will try to shift the blame for their misery onto God.

We see this same scenario played out in families and churches. The messengers of reconciliation weep with broken hearts for the lost, while the self-absorbed scorns them, and breaks all connections with them.

04/30/25 VERSES ON GODLINESS

04/30/25 VERSES ON GODLINESS

INTRODUCTION
Do you remember all of the verses that condemn godly living, or all of the verses that command, commend or condone ungodly living? THERE ARE NONE, because godliness is the will of God and ungodliness is rejection of God and the enemy of God's people.

HOWEVER, there are verses and passages, which command and commend godliness, and other verses and passages, which condemn ungodliness.

I have listed every verse or passage which contains the words, "godly, godliness, ungodly and ungodliness." I have also included a list of references to some of the passages with these key words, which are related to the subject. These lists are taken from the KJV, but I could have done the same with any other legitimate translation.

You will see that all of these passages clearly and consistently indicate God's favor of godliness and His disapproval of ungodliness.

Please take the time to consider these verses. Don't be concerned with supposed hidden meanings or man-made explanations. God's word says what God wants it to say, and reliable translations make it clear and easy to understand. The Bible is consistent and repetitive.

GODLY...
Psalm 4:3 But know that the LORD hath set apart him that is godly for himself: the LORD will hear when I call unto him.
Psalm 32:6 For this shall every one that is godly pray unto thee in a time when thou mayest be found: surely in the floods of great waters they shall not come nigh unto him.
2 Corinthians 1:12 For our rejoicing is this, the testimony of our conscience, that in simplicity and godly sincerity, not with fleshly wisdom, but by the grace of God, we have had our conversation (conduct) in the world, and more abundantly to you-ward.
2 Corinthians 11:2 For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ.

GODLINESS...

2 For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.
3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;
4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;
6 Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.
1 Timothy 2:8-10
8 I will therefore that men pray every where, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting.

10 But (which becometh women professing godliness) with good works.
1 Timothy 4:7 But refuse profane and old wives' fables, and exercise thyself rather unto godliness.
1 Timothy 4:8 For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.

Titus 1:1 Paul, a servant of God, and an apostle of Jesus Christ, according to the faith of God's elect, and the acknowledging of the truth which is after godliness;
2 Peter 1:3 According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:
2 Peter 1:6-10
6 And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness;
7 And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity.
8 For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
9 But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins.
10 Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall:
2 Peter 3:11 Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,

UNGODLY...
I quote all of Psalm 1 because 4 of the 6 verses actually refer to the "ungodly."

04/29/25 I HOPE THIS HELPS

04/29/25 I HOPE THIS HELPS

Doing that which is wrong can stem from...
Misinformation,
Accident,
Willful Decision.

When we get the right information and when we have been made aware of the circumstances and choices, then doing that which is wrong is a willful decision.

The Holy Spirit shows us what is sin.
The Holy Spirit warns us not to sin.
The Holy Spirit convicts us of sins we have committed.

Sin is willful disobedience to the known law of God.
To the one who knows to do good (the morally right thing to do) but does not do that which is good (the morally right thing to do), it is sin.

This relates to the old saying,
"Fool me once, shame on you,
Fool me twice, shame on me."

Making the same "mistake over and over, after learning what we have erred, is likely the choice not to make the right choice."

The God of the Bible loves the sinner, before he is converted.
The God of the Bible loves the believer, even if he sins after conversion.
The God of the Bible is not desiring for the opportunity to hurt or punish the sinful person.
The God of the Bible gave His only begotten Son and sent His Holy Spirit to save the lost; to restore the fallen, to renew the repentant, to reconcile the rebellious.

But there comes a time when God's Spirit will not strive with man. This was true for the entire human race in the days of Noah, and it is true for the individual who hardens his heart against the call of God. The person who hardens his heart (repeatedly chooses to disobey God and refuses to turn from his sins), will be destroyed (cut off from God), and that without remedy.

God is unquestionably loving, merciful, kind, gracious and longsuffering, but He is also true to His word.
The soul that sins shall die (be separated from Him forever and be punished for his sins).
God is jealous (expecting love and submission from His people, His creation).
God says that vengeance belongs to Him.
It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

04/29/25 BREAK THE CHAIN

04/29/25 BREAK THE CHAIN

It is bad enough to look back and regret a single decision, which resulted in ongoing tragic consequences, but it is far worse to continue in the same errant and tragic direction, compounding the same destructive consequences. However, it is damning to refuse to accept God's light on that recurring situation. Failure in the past is not an excuse to fail today.

It was bad enough that the Christian community in America (American Christianity, from pulpit to the pew, including parents), sacrificed the children to Scientism, Socialism, Humanism and Statism, by silently letting the destructive wave of darkness engulf our society, government, academics, justice system, politics, but it is much worse that pastors, parishioners, parents allowed sinsanity and idiocracy, and wokism, to stifle the proclamation of truth; to overthrow the authority of the ministry in Christian leadership; to steal the children and youth of America from their faith, their families, their freedoms.

Pastors moved away from pastoral obligations and opportunities to shake the Gates of Hell; they surrendered their authority and Divine assignment to lead, teach, counsel, confront and build up the local body and to equip their churches for battle against false doctrine, damnable heresies. Pastors should have never turned the minds of their people over to Bible hating, so-called "Educators," "Politicians," "Academics," Scientists," "Doctors" and "Counselors" (medical and mental health and family life). Pastors should have led the way in resisting and rejecting Secularist intrusion into their church ministries and families. But they sat back and watched, as Rehoboam watched the enemies of God rob the Temple. Once the treasures are robbed, there is little likelihood that they will ever be recovered. The only right response is to realign with the rule of God. Sadly, most pastors surrendered the treasures of the "temple," but have never taken steps to recover those treasures or protect other treasures of the church. (By the way, the treasures include the lives, the minds, the souls of the children and young people.)

But it was not only the silence and surrender of State fearing pastors that lost the treasures of children, youths, family, morality, authority, it was the complacency of Christians at large (parishioners), and parents in particular, who not only surrendered their responsibilities and rights into the hands of an intrusive political, governmental and social system; those parents readily sacrificed their treasures to those false gods because of fear and for love of worldly advantages.

The betrayal is not over. Even though 60 years of spiritual insurrection has been aggressively destroying individuals, families, churches and our entire country, we are still seeing pastors, parishioners and parents bow before the State and Socialism and Secularism. Apparently the perversions and destruction of children, youths, families, churches and our great country has not moved them to ACTION. There is plenty of "praise," "worship," "teaching," "preaching," "speaking out," but there is no standing up and charging the Gates of Hell.

It has always been costly to follow Jesus, which is why we have seen so little following of Jesus and so little spiritual success in the last sixties years. Pastors and parishioners and parents opened the flood gates of hell and stood by as their families, their faith, their freedoms were carried away. But now, in the face of the evidence, they still meet and greet, but don't move their feet to defend the truth or defeat the enemies of the cross.

It is time for confession, repentance, obedience. We will not save America, but we don't have to lose more Americans to the anti-Christ spirit of the day. It is a national problem, it is a regional problem, it is a local problem, and empty words only empty the hearts and empty the kingdom. Put the walk into your talk. It is costly, but the alternative is much more costly. We are not going to change the tide, but we can save some from being swept away in the raging current. It is not easy now, but it is easier today than it will be tomorrow. In fact, there may not be a tomorrow. Today is the day of salvation.

Don't get mad with me. I am just the messenger. And you know the message is true because the facts are screaming all around us. Sadly, there are few who are calling believers to action. But those who actually hear the warning are called to take action and they are also called to cry the warning aloud to others.

This war will not be won with bullets or ballots, but with Bible believers being obedient to God's call. We must obey God rather than men and we must not allow anyone to limit our submission to God (politician or pastor). Let God be true and every man a liar. We ought to be saying, "Though none go with me, still I will follow."

04/26/25 A WHOLE PERSON EXPERIENCE

04/26/25 A WHOLE PERSON EXPERIENCE

The Christian experience, life, is not just a Divine declaration or formula or pact. The Christian experience, life, is a living and ongoing relationship between God and those who trust Him for their life (eternal and present), their daily bread, their understanding, their strength, their courage, their walk, their very being.

There are Divinely established conditions which must be met for a person to enter into and to continue in this relationship with God (faith, repentance, confession, obedience). But the Christian life is not simply a meeting of conditions. Along with faith, love is a vital factor in our eternal life relationship with God. It is not an act of the human will that determines our relationship with God. It is the yielding of our will to His Lordship, which is an act of faith and love. Without faith it is impossible to please God, and love is the fulfilling of the law. It is because of love that we obey Him and do that which is pleasing in His sight.

Life is a dynamic, a continuing trust and willing surrender and dependence on God. Spiritual life, the Christian experience is an ongoing and growing relationship with God. Eternal life is only found in, and possible through the Eternal God.

God has provided everything necessary for life and godliness. God has provided sustenance through His word, through His death and resurrection, through His Spirit. God is our food, our drink, our breath, our life in every sense.

We have life when we have a right relationship with God. There may be times when you don't "feel" the presence of God. There may be times when you are walking through the valley of the shadow of death. There may be times when you are surrounded by your enemy, when darkness closes in on you like a flood, when your prayers seem to be suppressed by ceiling of brass, when the only voice you hear is the voice of our enemy. BUT GOD, has not forsaken you, He has not forgotten you. He has promised that He will never leave or forsake us.

But what if it is sin in your life, which has separated between you and God? God is still faithful. He calls you back to a right relationship. He calls you back to life.

So, whether it is because of personal failure or spiritual attacks from our enemy, we must never lose hope. If you can conceive it (hope sees the unseeable), then you can believe it (faith is the substance of things hoped for), then you can receive it (forgiveness, restoration, strength, vision, life, victory).

Unless you are willfully rebelling against His will, then your suffering in the Garden is a planned trial, over which you can be an overcomer. Remember that Jesus darkest moments were followed by the Fathers tender restoration. Weeping may last through the night, but joy comes in the morning. Our trials are but for a moment, but His mercy is everlasting. Keep your faith in Him. Jesus never fails.

These are truths we all need to keep in mind.

04/26/25 A HISTORY OF RESPONSE

04/26/25 A HISTORY OF RESPONSE

Our church started a Christian School in the late 1980s because of the open and heinous attacks, both locally and nationally, against faith and family, against Christians and Christian principles. As parents, Martha and I had dealt with the pointed attacks from elementary school teachers in the Public School system. Some teachers ridiculed our children personally, our child's faith, our moral family values, our parental authority, and openly, unashamedly in front of our children's classrooms. We were becoming more and more drawn into our children's schooling because of the woke mentality (before "WOKE" was even a thing, much less "cool.") By the way, the "woke" mentality has been a thing ever since the Serpent first spoke in the Garden. WOKE in human jargon is, "DEAD" or "ASLEEP" in Biblical nomenclature.

It was obvious that public education (built on Secular Humanism and led by anti-Bible and anti-Christian change agents), was deeply and firmly entrenched in the classroom, the administration, the government support, the legal system. We saw the need for Christian education, but the tuition by the mercenary "Church" schools was prohibitive. It was also not Biblical. It was a money-making operation for churches, from Pre-school to High School levels. God have mercy on the so-called ministries that use the "temple" grounds to fleece the people. Most other churches (locally and nationally) were not speaking out or standing against the stealing of America's children and the subverting of the American values.

We only charged ten dollars a month for students. Actually, we did not want to charge anything, but I acted on the principle that folks appreciate something more when they have an investment. We eventually did away with any charge, since our Christian school was a ministry for any parent who wanted to save their child from the corruption and abuse and inferior academics being shoved off on America's children. That is right, we ran a Christian school from First Grade to Eleventh Grade our very first year in operation. Our academic standards were actually higher than the government schools. In fact, our school was commended in its first year by a State sanctioned education commission. We not only had basic classes (without the perversions promoted by the Socialistic oriented NEA), we also had a battery of computers for all ages and some instruction from a Computer Programmer for NCR. Our teachers had not been brain drained by the Liberal saturated and indoctrinated pedagogical machine (aka Teacher's College). Our teachers were qualified volunteers (by practical standards, not the fake standards of NEA and the recently formed DOE). We had some students come to our Church school who had been labeled as "slow," (challenged, special needs) by the government school. Though those children were abandoned by "teachers" who rejected God's word and family values, and though those "teachers" were being paid by taxpayers, those children were being left behind. But when those abandoned children came to our Church school they learned to read and advance in other areas of social interaction and academic attainment.

But it was not only the academic and social areas of life that improved. Some of those children had been abused in various ways, including sexually, physically, emotionally, relationally, spiritually. A Christian setting was an actual safe place for those who were being victimized by the State endorsed schooling system.

But regardless of the evidence we offered people, they clung to the Secular, Humanistic, Naturalist, Socialist, Scientism, DEI, and the New World Order of undermining family and destroying Biblical standards of truth and life. Though the years I, and others in our ministry, have been thought of as a subculture (at best) and as un-American and anti-Christian. But we were insistent and consistent in following God, His word, and truth.

Over the decades it has been amply demonstrated that we were right, and the nay-sayers were wrong. But it is way too late for some folks. They are brain washed, or they have died without Christ. Still, some folks are beginning to see, and agree, with our early assessment and warnings. But that has not changed folks. They are still trying to sanctify the devil. They are still committed to a system of oppression, vulgarity, perversion, Socialism, infidelity, and now lunacy of the highest order. They cling to their political party; they sacrifice their children on the altar of Humanism. They sell their soul for a bowl of beans.

It has been bad (and it is getting worse) for a long time, but YOU AIN'T SEEN NOTHING YET. It is costly to follow Jesus. Pastors need to head up the army of God (not armed with bullets or even ballots, but Biblical beliefs and behavior). It is not about popular "praise and worship" or heady teaching or demonstrative preaching. Each of these have their place and they are important, but it is the DOING OF THE WILL OF GOD THAT PROVES OUR ACTUAL COMMITMENT.

Ignoring the world condition, surrendering to the powers of darkness, giving children to the devil, paying for overt wickedness needs to stop. It won't be easy. It won't be easy to figure out. But we are not called to a life of ease. We are called to fight the good fight of faith. Pastors need to lead the way. Parishioners need to heed the call. Parents need to draw the line and be willing to die for their children.

You know me. You know I could go on and on. But very few will hear and take a stand for Christ, against hell's attack.

04/26/25 AND THE BEAT GOES ON

04/26/25 AND THE BEAT GOES ON

Pastors, Parishioners and Parents in particular, have abandoned the Lordship of Christ and their responsibilities to protect their children from the ravages of a devilish State System and Society that has hated and attacked our Faith, Family and Freedom, through "laws," "education," and economics.

The American Church sacrificed it's children for a mess of beans AND CONTINUES TO FAIL THEM TODAY.

The American Church refused and still refuses to resist and reject the planned disintegration of family and faith. It takes more than empty platitudes, it takes, "do or die" action.

Christian faith does more than talk the talk, and sing the songs, and parrot the praise of God. The true Christian raises their children in the nurture and admonition of God (and His word), and protects them from the godless, from perverts and from the sin sick State.

Fifty plus years of Pastor, Parishioner, Parental failure has resulted in the ruin of our country, the perverting of our children and the damning of millions of souls because the churches abandoned and betrayed God and His commands.

Still, with all the evidence clearly present, the sleeping (the dead) "Christians" march lockstep to throw their faith and children into the scorching arms of Molech.

Being Christian means, not being worldly, and it means taking up the full armor of God and dying for our faith and our families.

It is time for folks to confess their failure to stand in the past. Do not continue to fail your children. Fight the tsunami of filth and darkness that is carrying your children to eternal doom.

Put the walk into your talk.
